Not a team. A cast of heroes.

Caterina Allosio

Caterina Allosio

Before we found our team, we lost sleep, time, and patience.

We changed architects. We changed builders. We lost a year. We even doubted our own vision.

But then came the people who saw what we saw. Who believed in magic, but could also build it.

Caterina Allosio

Interior Design & Soul of the Project

At first, she joined the project for the interiors. But little by little, she became so much more—
a creative partner, a visionary, a crisis solver, a secret therapist, a late-night advisor, a connector of people, and the heartbeat of this entire journey.

Her taste is that rare kind of Italian elegance—never forced, never showy, always effortless.
She doesn’t follow trends—she sets a tone.

Most of the team came through her.
She built the tribe. She held the vision.
And she helped us remember why we started, even on the hardest days.

Caterina didn’t just design Dragon Land. She helped bring it back to life

Andrea Corino

Andrea Corino

  Engineer and Project Orchestrator

We knew what we wanted.

Andrea knew how to make it happen.

He is our Mister How. While we dreamed in shapes and stories, Andrea translated them into physics and plans. He’s the one who makes the impossible... buildable.

He’s the engineer who listens like an artist and thinks like a strategist.
He took the architectural madness and made it executable—without ever dulling the magic.
From technical drawings to hidden systems, structural tweaks to impossible deadlines, Andrea made sure every idea had a spine.

Luca Regalbuto

Andrea Corino

Site Coordinator & Bureaucracy Whisperer

Luca is our Geometra—an Italian role that blends surveyor, technical advisor, and on-site guardian of sanity.  He makes sure every step of construction is safe, every document approved, and every bureaucratic wall politely but firmly walked through—or knocked down if needed.
He’s the man who somehow finds the unfindable solutions.

Call him a fixer. We call him a backstage genius.

Due

Nicolas Barale

    Due – Construction Masterminds

Due isn’t just a construction company. They are architectural interpreters, turning bold visions into flawless realities.

Famous for bringing to life non-standard, boundary-pushing projects, Due has built a name for themselves as Italy’s go-to experts for the extraordinary.
From the globally recognised 25 Verde—the living, breathing vertical forest—to the striking Hollywood House, their portfolio reads like a collection of modern architectural icons.

Working with Due means working with precision, discipline, and quiet genius.

For Dragon Land, there was no other choice. Due was the only team capable of taking on a project this delicate, this emotional, and this bold.

Nicolas Barale

Structural Engineer & Guardian of Gravity

If Franco gave Dragon Land its soul, Nicolas made sure it could stand tall—safely and forever.

Nicolas is our structural engineer, the sober mind behind the most daring curves and quiet forces of the villa. Where others see beauty, he sees balance.

He’s the one who transformed the bold gestures of the design—the spiralling stairs, the towering cone—into precise blueprints, filled with geometry, logic, and stability.
Every line was drawn with responsibility.
Every angle, a quiet promise: this will hold.

Thanks to Nicolas, Dragon Land is structurally sound. A dream on paper made real—strong, safe, and grounded.

Simone Demarie

Alessandro Spagnolo

Alessandro Spagnolo

Thermal Engineer & Hidden Systems Genius

While others designed what you see, Simone mastered what you feel.

As our thermal systems engineer—Simone is the reason Dragon Land is always perfectly balanced: warm in winter, cool in summer, and endlessly comfortable all year round.
He’s responsible for making sure the spa works like a dream, hot water never runs out, and the underfloor heating quietly hums with efficiency beneath your feet.

But Simone didn’t just follow the standards—he raised them. He proposed cutting-edge, energy-efficient solutions that are invisible to the eye but essential to the villa’s comfort.
Thanks to him, Dragon Land isn’t just beautiful. It’s a smart, sustainable, and self-regulating living system.

Simone is the quiet force behind the comfort—the kind of expert who makes everything work so well, you forget it’s even there.

Alessandro Spagnolo

Designer, 3D Artist & Friend Who Believed

Some people join a project later.
Alessandro was there from day one.

He was the first to walk through the villa with us, when it was still a silent, unfinished sculpture waiting for someone brave enough to take it on. While others politely advised us to run from the complexity, he smiled and said: “It’s crazy… but go for it, guys.”

That moment mattered. And so did he.

Over the years, Alessandro became so much more than a designer and 3D artist.
He became our mirror, our sounding board, and sometimes… our crying shoulder.
With every model, render, and walkthrough, he helped us not just visualise the dream—but believe in it.
He was the pink glasses we wore through the madness. And they never broke.

His talent brought clarity. His friendship brought strength. Every vision needs someone who sees it before the rest of the world does.
That was Alessandro.
